DECLARATION
Central Trade Union Councils
of 15 December 1983
on changes in the sickness insurance of certain workers
The Central Council of Trade Unions, in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, provides, pursuant to § 2 (3) (c), § 9, § 51 (1) and (2) and § 63 (2) of Act No. 54 / 1956 Coll., on sickness insurance for employees, as amended by Act No. 16 / 1959 Coll. and Act No. 87 / 1968 Coll.:
The Order of the Central Council of Trade Unions No 165 / 1979 Coll., on sickness insurance for certain workers and on the provision of sickness insurance benefits to citizens in special cases is amended as follows:
1. In Article 5 (2), the words "the net daily wage from which sickness insurance has been established 'are replaced by" the average net daily wage'.
2. In Article 16, the words "employment applicable to the sickness rate (3)) and until" including footnote.
3. In Section 26, the words "employment applicable to the sickness rate 3) and until then 'are deleted.
4. In Paragraph 47 (2), the second sentence is deleted.
5. Paragraph 77, including the title, shall be deleted.
6. In § 91, the words "employment applicable to the rate of sickness 3) and until then 'are deleted.
Decree No 141 / 1958 of the Ú. l., on sickness insurance and the pension insurance of the convicted persons, is amended as follows:
Section 6 is deleted.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1984, with the exception of Article I (4), which shall take effect only on 1 September 1984.
