amending Regulation No 151 / 1975 of the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic on the financial management of state economic and certain other socialist organisations
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic hereby orders pursuant to Article 16 (3) of Act No. 111 / 1971 Coll, on contributions to the state budget and social security contributions:
Decree of the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic No 151 / 1975 Coll., on the financial management of state economic and certain other socialist organisations, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 62 (1), "25% 'is replaced by" 20%';
2. In Paragraph 72 (1), "25% of the base 'is replaced by" 20% of the base'.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1977.
