derogating from the provisions of Section 43 of the Forest Act
The Bureau of the National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic has decided pursuant to Article 60 (2) of the Constitution on the following legal measure:
By way of derogation from the provisions of § 43 (1) of Act No. 166 / 1960 Coll., on Forests and Forestry, it is permitted until 31 October 1964 to graze and grass in forests, in districts designated by the Minister for Agriculture, Forestry and Water. The conditions under which grazed and cooked in forests are laid down by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water.
This legal measure shall take effect on 1 July 1964.
