of 5 December 1950
repealing the Office of Economic Control. *)
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 1 paragraph 1 of Act No. 143 / 1949 Coll., on Changes in the Organisation of Public Administration and in the jurisdiction of its bodies:
The Office for Economic Control, established by the Slovak National Council Regulation No 45 / 1947 Coll. SNR, is hereby repealed. The mandate of this office shall be exercised by the delegateof the interior.
The details necessary for the implementation of this Regulation shall be adapted by the Ministry of the Interior in agreement with the central authorities involved by the Order in the Official Gazette.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; they shall be carried out by the Home Secretary in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
