GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 9 April 2020
amending Government Regulation No 432 / 2010 Coll., on criteria for determining the critical infrastructure element, as amended by Government Regulation No 315 / 2014 Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to § 40 (1) of Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on Crisis Management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended by Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 430 / 2010 Coll., to implement § 4 (1) (d):
In the Annex to Government Regulation No 432 / 2010 Coll., on criteria for determining the critical infrastructure element, as amended by Government Regulation No 315 / 2014 Coll., point IV reads as follows:
"IV. HEALTH
A. Provision of health services
Medical facilities with a total number of acute beds of at least 2500.
B. Manufacture of medicinal products
Exercise of the activity of the holder of an authorisation for the manufacture of medicinal products consisting of the manufacture of medicinal products or intermediate products of medicinal products, including other related production processes, unless the activity is not merely the repackaging, packaging, modification or modification of the packaging which is in the Czech Republic
(a) has at least 250 employees in total; or
(b) produce at least 350 million solid formulations per year. "
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
