DECLARATION
of 24 July 2018
amending Decree No 404 / 2016 Coll., on the formalities and breakdown of the reports necessary for the processing of system operation reports in the energy sector, including deadlines, scope and rules for the compilation of reports (Statistical Decree)
Pursuant to Section 98a (2) (m) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms and Conditions of Business and on the Enforcement of State Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended by Act No. 131 / 2015 Coll.:
Regulation No 404 / 2016 Coll., on the formalities and breakdown of the reports necessary for the processing of system operation reports in the energy sector, including the dates, scope and rules for the compilation of reports (statistical decree), is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 2 (1), at the end of point (h), the word "a 'is replaced by a comma and the following point (i) is inserted:
"(i) thermal energy distribution;"
Point (i) shall be renumbered as point (j).
2. in Article 3 (2), the following point (j) is inserted after point (i):
"(j) the distribution of heat energy shall compile the statements to the extent specified in Annex 15 to this Decree, '.
Point (j) shall be renumbered as point (k).
3. In Annex 1, point 8, the title of the statement is as follows:
"Quarterly declaration by the holder of a licence for the production of heat energy or a licence for the distribution of heat energy with a balance of heat and fuels in monthly breakdown '.
4. In Annex 1, the following point 9 is inserted after point 8:
'9. The holder of a thermal power distribution licence
The holder of the heat distribution licence shall send to the Office the statements in the terms and formats set out in the following table by means of a data box (ID for 675r3) or to an e-mail address for therm.statika @ eru.cz.

Point 9 is renumbered point 10.
5. Annex 8 shall read as follows:

ERO-P3: Statement of the holder of the gas licence (system balance)
"
6. Annex 10 shall read as follows:
"Annex No 10 to Decree No 404 / 2016 Coll.
ERO-P5: Certificate holder's declaration of gas distribution (quantity of gas distributed)
"
7. In Annex 15, the title of the statement reads as follows:
"ERO-T1: Quarterly declaration of the holder of a heat energy production licence or a heat distribution licence with a balance of heat and fuels in monthly breakdown '.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2019.
