on the binding nature of a collective agreement of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that the collective agreement of the higher degree (of 4 February 2008) concluded between the Trade Union of the Construction of the Czech Republic and the Trade Union of Transport Workers, Road Economy and Auto-Repair of the Czech Republic, on the one hand, and the Association of Entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic, on the other hand, with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this Notice, is mandatory also for other employers with a dominant activity in the sector classified economic activity code CZ- NACE 08.1, 16.23, 22.23, 23.2, 23.3, 23.5, 23.6, 23.7, 23.9, 23.9, 42 and 43.
