DECLARATION
of 12 May 2003
amending Decree No. 31 / 2001 Coll., on driving licences and on the register of drivers
According to Section 137 (2) of Act No. 361 / 2000 Coll., on road traffic and on amendments to certain laws, as amended by Act No. 478 / 2001 Coll., (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"), the Ministry of Transport provides for the implementation of Sections 104 (5), 105 (5), 106 (4), 107 (3), 109 (10), 110 (6), 111 (9), 113 (9), 115 (8) and 122 (2) of the Act:
Decree No 31 / 2001 Coll., on driving licences and on the register of drivers, is amended as follows:
1. In the introductory sentence, "Paragraph 115 (8) 'is deleted and" Paragraph 116 (6)' is deleted.
2. In Article 6 (1) and (2), the words "the district office 'are replaced by the words" the municipal office of the municipality with extended scope'.
3. In Paragraph 12 (2), the words "the district office 'are replaced by the words" the municipal office of the municipality with extended competence'.
4. In Paragraph 13 (2), the words "Regional authorities' are replaced by the words" Regional authorities with extended scope '.
5. in Paragraph 14 (1), (2) and (4), the words "the district office" shall be replaced by the words "the municipal office of the municipality with extended competence."
6. Article 16 shall be deleted;
7. In Article 17 (4) (d), the words "the District Office 'are replaced by the words" the Municipal Office of the Municipality with extended competence'.
8. In Section 18, the words "District Office 'are replaced by the words" Regional Office of the Municipality with extended scope' and the words "Regional Office 'are replaced by the words" Regional Office of the Municipality with extended scope'.
9. Annex 8 shall read as follows:
"Annex No 8 to Decree No 31 / 2001 Coll.
10. Annex 9 shall read as follows:
"Annex No 9 to Decree No 31 / 2001 Coll.
11. Annex 10 shall read as follows:
"Annex No 10 to Decree No 31 / 2001 Coll.
Forms produced before the entry into force of this Order may be used until their stocks are exhausted, but not later than 31 December 2003, provided that the amendments resulting from the adaptation of Annexes 8, 9 and 10 are indicated.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
