GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 5 May 1993
on increasing certain social benefits
The Government orders pursuant to Article 15 of Act No. 382 / 1990 Coll., on Parental Contributions, as amended by Act No. 117 / 1992 Coll., pursuant to Article VI of Act No. 84 / 1993 Coll., amending and supplementing Act No. 482 / 1991 Coll., on Social Needs, and certain subsequent laws, and pursuant to Article 21 of Act No. 50 / 1973 Coll., on Parent Care, as amended by Act No. 118 / 1992 Coll. (Full version No. 452 / 1992 Coll.):
(1) The parental allowance due under the parental allowance bill 1) amounts to CZK 1360 for each calendar month.
(2) If the parental allowance is based only on part of the calendar month, 2) the amount for each calendar day is CZK 45.
Support for the birth of a child belonging to sickness insurance regulations, 3) sickness care in armed silences4) and social security 5) is CZK 4000.
(1) The contribution to the reimbursement of the child's needs under the law on foster care (6) shall be per calendar month:
(a) CZK 1020 for a child under the age of 6,
b) CZK 1130, if it is a child aged between 6 and 10,
(c) CZK 1360, if the child is between 10 and 15 years of age,
(d) 1470 CZK if the child is between 15 and 26 years old.
(2) The remuneration of a foster home belonging to the law on foster care, 7), including in the joint foster care of spouses, is CZK 500 per calendar month for each entrusted child.
(1) The parental allowance, the child's needs allowance and the foster remuneration referred to in paragraphs 1 and 3 are for the first time in May 1993.
(2) The aid for the birth of a child in accordance with Article 2 belongs to each child born after 30 April 1993; If the aid was paid for this child at the time of birth before the application of this Regulation, the difference of CZK 1000 shall be paid upon request.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
