issued, pursuant to Section 105 (4) of the Labour Code in agreement with the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic, Decree No. 1 / 1990 of 17 April 1990 determining a period with a lower need for work.
The proceeds, which came into effect on 1 May 1990, apply to workers of organisations within the competence of the Ministry of Construction and Construction of the Czech Republic, to local construction workers within the competence of national committees in the Czech Republic and to these organisations.
The proceeds are published in the Ministry of Construction and Construction of the Czech Republic Report 10 / 1990 and can be seen at the Ministry and at organisations within its jurisdiction.
