Federal Ministry of Steel and Heavy Engineering
of 29 October 1980
amending Decree No 93 / 1962 Coll., on the State Service for Precious metals, as amended by Decree No 34 / 1968 Coll.
The Federal Ministry of Metal and Heavy Engineering pursuant to § 35 (2) of Act No. 30 / 1968 Coll., on State Testing and pursuant to § 64 of Act No. 133 / 1970 Coll., on the jurisdiction of federal ministries, as amended by Act No. 158 / 1973, provides:
Decree No 93 / 1962 Coll., on the State Service for Precious metals, as amended by Decree No 34 / 1968 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 5, the provisions of point (h) shall be deleted;
2. Paragraph 27 (2) is deleted.
3. In Paragraph 28, paragraphs 3 and 4 are deleted.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1981.
