extending the effectiveness of the Law on Financial Relief in the organisation of certain legal relationships between cooperatives, associations and other legal entities.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 9 of Act No. 249 / 1949 Coll., on the financial concessions in the organisation of certain legal conditions of cooperatives, associations and other legal entities:
The effectiveness of Act No. 249 / 1949 Coll. is extended until 31 December 1953.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 31 December 1950. to be carried out by the Minister for Finance in agreement with the Minister for the Interior.
