amending Act No. 111 / 1998 Coll., on higher education institutions and amending and supplementing other laws (Act on higher education), as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 111 / 1998 Coll., on higher education and amending and supplementing other laws (Act on higher education), as amended by Act No. 210 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 147 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 362 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 365 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 121 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 54 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 161 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 165 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 110 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 624 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 296 / 2007 Coll.
1. In Annex No 1, the words "Veterinary and Pharmaceutical University Brno 'are replaced by the words" Veterinary University Brno' and the words "Janáček Academy of Performing Arts in Brno 'are replaced by the words" Janáček Academy of Performing Arts'.
2. In Annex 2, the words "University of Defence in Brno 'are replaced by the words" University of Defence'.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day following its publication.
