ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 6 April 2020
to inform on the change of crisis measures
Within the meaning of Article 2 (1) (d) of Act No. 309 / 1999 Coll., on the Collection of Laws and on the Collection of International Treaties, as amended, and in conjunction with Article 8 of Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on the Crisis Procedure and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Crisis Act), as amended, the Government decided to adopt this resolution.
Government
I. informs that, on 30 March 2020, by Resolution No 347 on the repeal of the First Government Resolution of 18 March 2020 No 247, published under No. 106 / 2020 Coll., with effect from 31 March 2020;
II. Decides on the publication of this resolution in the Collection of Laws.
