amending Decree No. 185 / 2009 Coll., on specialisation training of doctors, dentists and pharmacists and the fields of certified courses, as amended
According to § 37 (1) (a) and (g) of Act No. 95 / 2004 Coll., on the conditions for obtaining and recognising professional competence and specialised competence for the medical profession of physician, dental practitioner and pharmacist, as amended by Act No. 189 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 67 / 2017 Coll.:
Decree No. 185 / 2009 Coll., on specialisation training of doctors, dental practitioners and pharmacists and on certified courses, as amended by Decree No. 361 / 2010 Coll., Decree No. 286 / 2013 Coll. and Decree No. 8 / 2014 Coll., is amended as follows:
1.
This Decree provides for the transfer of specialisation in specialisation training of doctors, dental practitioners and pharmacists (hereinafter referred to as "basic disciplines"), superstructures and basic strains. '
footnote 1 is deleted.
2. Sections 2 and 3 are deleted.
3. Annexes 1 and 2 are deleted.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
