on the extension of the commitment of Appendix 1 to the Collective Higher Level Contract
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll., and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that Appendix 1 to the Collective Agreement of Higher Degree, concluded on 7 March 2012 for the construction sector between the Department of Construction of the Czech Republic, the Union of Transport Workers, the Road Economy and the Automobile Industry of the Czech Republic and Moravia and the Association of Entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic, is binding with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this Notice, 23.9, 42 and 43.
The content of Appendix 1 to the Collective Higher Level Contract is available at the Labour Office and on the website of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (www.mpsv.cz).
