DECLARATION
of 18 April 2008
on models of applications for authorisations for the transfer, acquisition, export, import and transit of explosives
According to § 25k of Act No. 61 / 1988 Coll., on Mining Activities, Explosives and State Mining Administration, as amended by Act No. 376 / 2007 Coll.:
Models
(1) The application model - the permit for the acquisition of explosives between organisations within the Czech Republic (1) is set out in Annex 1 to this decree.
(2) The application model - the permit for the transfer and transit of explosives into the Community (2) is set out in Annex 2 to this decree.
(3) The application model - a single (repeated) permit for the export, import and transit of explosives (3) is set out in Annex 3 to this Order, the integral part of which is the International Import Certificate.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
