determining the way and the amount of the funds generated and the way in which they are drawn up
The Government orders pursuant to § 150 (1) of Act No. 127 / 2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act on Electronic Communications) to implement § 27 (5) and § 133 (2) of this Act:
Creation of account funds
The Czech Telecommunications Authority (hereinafter "the Authority ') transfers funds to a radio communications account (hereinafter" the account') of 6% of the selected charges for the use of radio frequencies. The funds shall be transferred by the Office to the account on a quarterly basis within 10 working days of the end of the quarter, except in the fourth quarter, where they shall transfer the funds no later than this time limit according to the status as at 10 December. The accounts for the period from 11 December to 31 December of the current year shall be completed by the Office by 31 January of the following year.
Use of account funds
The Office shall transfer funds from the account to cover the costs effectively and effectively incurred pursuant to paragraphs 1 and 6 of Section 27 of the Act incurred by holders of individual authorisations for the use of radio frequencies or by the Ministry of Defence in the use of radio frequencies for military purposes within 15 working days of confirmation or determination of their amount pursuant to Section 27 (5) of the Act.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 2005.
