DECLARATION
of 12 May 2003
amending Decree No. 30 / 2001 Coll., implementing the rules on road traffic and the adaptation and management of road traffic
The Ministry of Transport provides pursuant to § 137 (2) of Act No. 361 / 2000 Coll., on road traffic and on amendments to certain laws, as amended by Act No. 478 / 2001 Coll., for the implementation of § 79 (8) of the Act:
Decree No. 30 / 2001 Coll., implementing the rules on road traffic and the adaptation and management of road traffic, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 27 (2), at the end of the text, the sentence "The white cane and the white cane and the red stripe shall be provided with at least one reflective white stripe 50 mm wide and the minimum continuous third of its length shall be at least 12 mm in diameter. '
2. In Article 32 (3), the words "the district office 'are replaced by the words" the municipal office of the municipality with extended competence'.
3. In Article 33 (1), the words "the district office (hereinafter referred to as" the district office ')' shall be replaced by the words "the municipal authority of the municipality with extended competence (hereinafter referred to as" the municipality with extended competence ')'.
4. in Article 33 (1) (d), (e) and (f) and (2), the words "district office" shall be replaced by the words "municipal office of the municipality with extended scope."
5. Annex 11 shall read as follows:
"Annex No 11 to Decree No 30 / 2001 Coll.
The forms referred to in Annex 11 produced before the entry into force of this Order may be used until stocks are exhausted, but until 31 December 2003 at the latest, provided that the amendments resulting from the adaptation of Annex 11 are indicated.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
