Pursuant to Article 17 (2) of Act No. 100 / 1988 Coll., on Social Security, in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic, Decree No. 1 / 1990 of 30 March 1990 amending and supplementing the ministerial list of employment included for pension purposes in the first and second working categories.
The proceeds will come into effect on the date of publication of this notice in the Collection of Laws and will be published in the MP Czech Republic's Report 4-5-6 / 1990.
The proceeds are available for consultation with state companies of the Ministry of MP CR and organisations directly managed by the Ministry. On request, this return may be sent to any person who requests it in the territory of the CSFR.
