DECLARATION
Ministry of Fuel and Energy
of 11 December 1961
amending the width of the high-voltage protection zone
The Ministry of Fuel and Energy shall, in agreement with the participating central authorities and authorities pursuant to Article 17 (1) of Decree-Law No 80 / 1957 Coll., implementing Act No 79 / 1957 Coll., on the production, distribution and consumption of electricity (Electricity Act):
In order to protect the forestry fund, the relief for the width of the protection zone of the high-voltage outdoor electrical lines is provided for by reducing the distance of the protection zone under Paragraph 6 (1) (b) of Decree-Law No 80 / 1957 Coll. from 10 m to 7 m.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1962.
