Constitutional Law
of 10 July 1946
amending the Constitutional Decree of the President of the Republic of 2 April 1945, No. 1 Coll., on the new organisation of government and ministries during the transitional period.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following constitutional law:
(1) The following amendments are made to Section 2 of Constitutional Decree No. 1 / 1945 Coll. in the calculation of ministries:
1. for the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Technology shall be included,
2. the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare is referred to as the Ministry of Social Welfare;
3. at the end of the calculation, the Ministry of the Unification of Laws is attached.
(2) In Article 3 of the same constitutional decree, the following sentence is added at the end: "The post of State Secretary may remain vacant."
This constitutional law shall take effect on the day of its publication; it shall be carried out by all members of the Government.
