ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 6 April 2020
on the adoption of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution 194 of 12 March 2020, the Government, in accordance with Article 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency status in accordance with Article 5 and Article 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of the Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on emergency management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of the crisis situation, the adoption of emergency measures, by virtue of Article 6 (2) (f) of the Crisis Act.
Government
I. orders priority supply of the Ministry of Health to the following legal persons:
1. Moldex / Metric v.o.s., ID: 25291921, based in Janderova 525, Hylváty, 562 03 Ústí nad Orlicí,
2. PARDAM, s. r. o., IČ: 25268694, based in Žižkova 2759, 413 01 Roudnice nad Labem,
3. REFIL, spol. s r. o., ID: 48364215, based in Přomlovická 135, Sedlec, 360 10 Karlovy Vary,
as regards the supply of personal protective equipment pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016 / 425 of the European Parliament and of the Council, classes FFP3 manufactured and marketed in accordance with technical standard EN 149: 2001 + A1: 2009;
II. orders preferential supply to the Ministry of Health of Nanologix corporation s. r. o., IČ: 25494546, with its registered office no. 140, 436 01 Czech Jiřetín as regards the supply of personal protective equipment pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016 / 425 of the European Parliament and of the Council produced and marketed in accordance with technical standard EN 1827 + A1: 2009;
III. Urges the Minister for Health to ensure, after consultation with the legal persons referred to in points I and II of this resolution, the determination of the quantity of products to be delivered and the date and manner of delivery.
