DECLARATION

of 18 July 2014

on the declaration of the National Nature Reserve of the New Doomske Peat and the establishment of its closer protection conditions

The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (4) (h) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:

§ 1

Definition of the national nature reserve

(1) The National Nature Reserve of the Nododom Peat (hereinafter referred to as the "National Nature Reserve") is hereby declared.

(2) The national nature reserve is situated in the territory of the Ústí Region, in the cadastral territories of Načetín near Kalk and Border. The national nature reserve boundaries shall be determined by a closed geometric pattern with direct sides whose vertices are determined by coordinates of a single trigonometric network of cadastral1). The list of coordinates of the vertices of the geometric pattern as they follow in the pattern is given in Annex 1 to this decree.

(3) An indicative graphical representation of the territory of the national nature reserve and its protection zone is given in Annex 2 to this Decree.

§ 2

Subject matter of protection

National nature reserves are protected

(a) natural forest crops consisting primarily of peat spruce communities, peat births and kneecaps; and

(b) a natural forest-free area consisting primarily of the communes of open stoves, loins and meadows without foaming.

§ 3

Closer protection conditions

Only with the consent of the competent nature conservation authority can the national nature reserve

(a) permit or make changes to the type of land or use of the land (2);

(b) to adjust the surface of the road using non-local natural material of the same geological origin;

(d) permit or carry out geological work involving interference with the territory.

§ 4

Efficacy

This Decision shall enter into force on 1 August 2014.
