of 12 June 2013
on the total quantity of electricity and gas consumed in the Czech Republic in 2012
The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 17d (4) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms and Conditions of Business and on the Performance of Government Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended, declares, for the purposes of determining the annual amount of the special charge for the activity of the Energy Regulatory Authority, the total amount of electricity and gas consumed in the Czech Republic in 2012 for which electricity market participants and gas market participants pay the price for the clearing of the market operator in accordance with the price regulations:
1. The total amount of electricity for which the electricity market participants pay the price for clearing the market operator consumed in the Czech Republic in 2012 in accordance with price regulations
57 146 038,80 MWh.
2. The total amount of gas at which gas market participants pay the price for clearing the market operator consumed in the Czech Republic in 2012, in accordance with price regulations, was
86 189 928.16 MWh.
