amending Government Regulation No. 246 / 1998 Coll., laying down lists of classified information, as amended by Government Decree No. 89 / 1999 Coll.
The Government orders the implementation of Act No. 148 / 1998 Coll., on the Protection of classified information and on the amendment of certain laws:
Government Decree No. 246 / 1998 Coll., laying down lists of classified information, as amended by Government Decree No. 89 / 1999 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. In Annex 2, in the heading above points 5 to 13, the word "authorities' is replaced by the word" institutions'.
2. In Annex 2, point 5, "authorities' is replaced by" authorities'.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
