pursuant to Section 123 (2) of the Labour Code, in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the Central Committee of the Czechoslovak Army Workers' Association, issued Decree No 3 of 19 April 1990 on the remuneration of health workers, which abolishes the Decree of the Federal Ministry of National Defence of 29 August 1980 No 3800- FS / 5-1980 on the remuneration of health workers, as amended (reg. 44 / 1980 Coll.).
The proceeds are regulated by the remuneration of health workers - civil servants of military administration and state enterprises under the responsibility of the FMNO. The proceeds are based on the application of the principles of wage income of the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The proceeds are intended for the services and facilities of the Czechoslovak army and state enterprises under the responsibility of the FMNO, in which health workers work.
The proceeds shall take effect on 1 May 1990, shall be published in the FMNO yield collection in 1990 and may be consulted by the Federal Ministry of National Defence.
