determining major cities and major spa cities
The Government of the Czech Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 10 paragraph 3 of Act No. 69 / 1967 Coll., on National Committees, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 137 / 1982 Coll., amending and supplementing the Act on National Committees and regulating the jurisdiction of municipal national committees in certain sections of government ("the Act '):
For major large cities and major spa cities in which the municipal national committee of the first category operates (Section 10 (3) of the Act),
a) in the region of Central Bohemia Kladno, Mladá BOLESlav,
(b) in the region of West Bohemian Karlovy Vary, Mariánské Lazne,
(c) in the region of North Bohemia Děčín, Chomutov, Liberec, Most, Teplice,
(d) in the region of East Bohemian Pardubice,
(e) in the region of South Moravian Gottwaldov, Jihlava, Prostějov,
(f) in the county of North Moravian Frýdek-Místek, Havířov, Karviná, Olomouc, Opava, Přerov, Třinec.
This Government Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1983.
