Government Regulation
of 14 December 1945
adjusting the general customs duties on imports of goods.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 113 of the Act of 13 May 1936, No. 131 Coll., on State Defence:
§ 1.
Goods imported into the Czechoslovak customs territory shall be dealt with free of duty during the period 1 January 1946 to 30 June 1946, excluding the following goods:

which in general contact is subject to general customs duties, in force on 29 September 1938.
§ 2.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1946; they shall be implemented by the Finance Minister in agreement with the Ministers involved.
