DECLARATION
of 5 June 2024
on the determination of the natural spa treatments Frymburk
According to § 46 (3) (a), the Ministry of Health provides for the implementation of § 25 (3) of Act No. 164 / 2001 Coll., on natural medical resources, sources of natural mineral waters, natural spa and spa sites and on the amendment of certain related laws (Spa Act):
A collection of medical and other facilities for providing spa rehabilitation care in the cadastral territory of Frymburk is established as a natural spa.
The boundaries of the territory of the natural healing spa Frymburk are graphically marked in a copy of the cadastral and basic map, which is listed in Annex 1 to this decree. The list of refraction points of the boundaries of the territory of the natural treatment spa Frymburk in the coordinate system of the Single Trigonometric Network (S-JTSK) is set out in Annex 2 to this Decree.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2024.
