DECLARATION
of 9 May 2016
amending Decree No. 458 / 2009 Coll., fixing the daily rate for the costs associated with the execution of house arrest and the method of payment
According to Article 152 (2) of Act No. 141 / 1961 Coll., on Criminal Procedure, the Ministry of Justice provides for a judicial (criminal order), as amended by Act No. 306 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 330 / 2011 Coll. and Act No. 150 / 2016 Coll.:
Decree No. 458 / 2009 Coll., establishing the daily rate for the costs of the execution of the house arrest penalty and the method of payment, shall be amended as follows:
1. In the title of the decree, the words "and using the electronic control system" shall be inserted after the word "prison," and the word "their" shall be inserted after the word "method."
2. In Article 1, the words "and the costs associated with the use of the electronic control system 'are inserted after the words" the prison sentence' and the words "or in which an electronic control system has been used at least in part 'are added at the end of the text.
3. In Article 2 (1), the words "or the use of an electronic control system 'shall be inserted after the words" the execution of a house arrest penalty' and the words "or the use of an electronic control system 'shall be inserted after the words" the execution of a house arrest penalty'.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on the first day of the second calendar month following its publication.
