GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 15 June 2015
amending Government Regulation No 86 / 2011 Coll., on technical requirements for toys, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to Article 12 of Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on Technical Requirements for Products and on the Amendment and Addition of Certain Acts, as amended by Act No. 71 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 205 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 226 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 490 / 2009 Coll., ("the Act '):
Government Regulation No. 86 / 2011 Coll., on Technical Requirements for Toys, as amended by Government Regulation No. 24 / 2013 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 339 / 2013 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. footnote 1 shall read:
"(1) Directive 2009 / 48 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 June 2009 on the safety of toys. Commission Directive 2012 / 7 / EU of 2 March 2012 amending, for the purposes of adapting to technical progress, Part III of Annex II to Directive 2009 / 48 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the safety of toys. Commission Directive 2014 / 84 / EU of 30 June 2014 amending Appendix A to Annex II to Directive 2009 / 48 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the safety of toys as regards nickel. ';
2. footnote 1 shall read:
"(1) Directive 2009 / 48 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 June 2009 on the safety of toys. Commission Directive 2012 / 7 / EU of 2 March 2012 amending, for the purposes of adapting to technical progress, Part III of Annex II to Directive 2009 / 48 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the safety of toys. Commission Directive 2014 / 79 / EU of 20 June 2014 amending Appendix C to Annex II to Directive 2009 / 48 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the safety of toys as regards TCEP, TCPP and TDCP substances. Commission Directive 2014 / 81 / EU of 23 June 2014 amending Appendix C to Annex II to Directive 2009 / 48 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the safety of toys as regards bisphenol A. Commission Directive 2014 / 84 / EU of 30 June 2014 amending Appendix A to Annex II to Directive 2009 / 48 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the safety of toys as regards nickel. ';
3. In Annex 2 to the Appendix In the table, the words "in stainless steel 'are replaced by the words" in toys and in parts of toys made of stainless steel. In parts of toys designed to lead the electric current.'
4. In Annex 2, the following table is added at the end of Appendix C:

Efficacy
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
