amending and supplementing the Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic No. 258 / 1992 Coll., which publishes a list of health performance with point values, as amended by Decree of the Ministry of Health No. 263 / 1993 Coll. and Decree of the Ministry of Health No. 90 / 1994 Coll.
The Ministry of Health shall, following a conciliation procedure with the General Health Insurance Company, representatives of other health insurance companies, representatives of contractual medical institutions, the Czech Medical Chamber, the Czech Dental Chamber and representatives of professional scientific companies pursuant to § 13 paragraph 3 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 550 / 1991 Coll., on General Health Insurance:
The Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic No. 258 / 1992 Coll., which publishes a list of health performance with point values, as amended by Decree of the Ministry of Health No. 263 / 1993 Coll. and Decree of the Ministry of Health No. 90 / 1994 Coll., is amended as follows:
The list of health performances with point values (1) shall include the amendments and additions set out in the Annex, which are part of this decree.
This Decree shall take effect on 15 July 1994.

1. The following text is added after the last paragraph of the entry for the treatment day in the chapter "Rules for the reporting of performance for the health insurance undertaking in Part (c):

The code of the treatment day 88810 shows only the sleeper department of competence 203 - Portable diseases.
The code of the treatment day 88811 shall be reported by professional medical institutes.
The codes of treatment days 88812 and 88813 show only the expertise 304 - neonatology.
The code of the treatment day 88828 - it is not constitutional care, it is not recorded in the hospitalisation account 128 - Haemodialysis, but as outpatient care in expertise 128 or as part of the hospitalisation account in the institutional care of other expertise.
The code of the treatment on 88831 shall show the childcare facilities which are adapted to the hospitalisation of "escort '.
Performance aggregation - performance normally performed in a hospitalized patient is classified as so-called "aggregated performance" in the treatment day value. The following performances are aggregated at the treatment day value: 9247, 9508, 9509, 9526, 9527, 9528, 9529, 9537, 9539, 9540, 9541, 08804, 10017, 10043, 18001, 20006, 20007, 20008, 20016, 20019, 20020, 20021, 20022, 20023, 20027, 20028, 23802, 28001, 34219, 35135, 50046, 54302, 89429, 89823, 89824. These procedures shall not be reported on a hospitalised patient and may continue to be reported only in outpatient establishments'.
