Czech Office for Safety of Labour and Czech Mining Office
of 12 December 1969
determining dedicated technical installations
The Czech Labour Safety Authority pursuant to § 5 (1) (f) of Act No. 174 / 1968 Coll., on State Professional Safety Supervision, and the Czech Mining Authority pursuant to § 57 (1) (d) of Act No. 41 / 1957 Coll., on the Use of Mineral Wealth (Mining Act), provides in an agreement with the participating authorities:
§ 1
Equipment which may cause increased risks to life, health or property, whose designers, manufacturers, including installers or operators have special obligations imposed on them by regulations to ensure the safety of work and technical equipment and which are subject to the supervision of state professional supervision bodies within the meaning of § 4 (d) to (g) of Act 174 / 1968 Coll. This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1970.
