Government Regulation
of 7 June 1946
on the release of certain building materials.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to Section 5 of the Act of 7 May 1946, No. 107 Coll., on the modification of construction activities and the allocation of building materials:
(1) The binding (§ 2 of Act No. 107 / 1946 Coll.) of coniferous carved wood, soft coniferous sawn wood, cement, parts of prefabricated structures and cover and insulating cardboard is hereby abolished.
(2) Other wood, except those referred to in paragraph 1, remain bound by building materials, iron, bricks and bags.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the eighth day following its publication; They shall be carried out by transport, national defence and post ministers in agreement with the ministers involved.
