GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 8 June 2015
fixing the unit amount of the fee for natural mineral water collected from the source of natural mineral water
The Government orders pursuant to § 46 (4) of Act No. 164 / 2001 Coll., on Natural Medical Resources, Natural Mineral Water Resources, Natural Spa and Spa Places and on the amendment of certain related laws (Spa Act):
Amount of the fee
The unit fee for natural mineral water collected from the source of natural mineral water is CZK 6 per 1 m3.
Repeal
Government Decree No. 385 / 2001 Coll., establishing the unit amount of the fee for natural mineral water collected from the source of natural mineral water, is hereby repealed.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2015.
