amending Decree No. 48 / 2011 Coll., on the establishment of protection classes
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 22 (2) of Act No. 334 / 1992 Coll., on the Protection of the Agricultural Soil Fund, as amended by Act No. 402 / 2010 Coll.:
Decree No. 48 / 2011 Coll., on the determination of protection classes, is amended as follows:
1. In Table 2, the figure "74300 'is inserted after the figure" 73311'.
2. In Table 5, the figure "74300 'is deleted and the figure" 82141' is replaced by the figure "82142 '.
Transitional provision
When deciding on the contributions pursuant to § 11 (2) of Act No. 334 / 1992 Coll., on the Protection of the Agricultural Soil Fund, as amended by Act No. 402 / 2010 Coll., Decree No. 48 / 2011 Coll., shall apply for the calculation of the contributions. in the version effective on the date of the acquisition of the legal power of the first decision, the consent of which is a binding part pursuant to Article 9 of Act No. 334 / 1992 Coll. or on the date of the acquisition of the legal power of the consent decision pursuant to § 9 of Act No. 334 / 1992 Coll.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2013.
