laying down the application form for a greenhouse gas permit
According to Section 24 (b) of Act No. 695 / 2004 Coll., on the terms and conditions of greenhouse gas emission allowance trading and amending certain laws:
This decree (1) implements the relevant provisions of the European Community2) and amends the application form for greenhouse gas permit.
The application form for a greenhouse gas permit is set out in the Annex to this Regulation and is available on the public administration portal (3).
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.

Application for a greenhouse gas permit
1) It is issued on the basis and within the limits of the law to which the relevant directive of the European Communities has already been reflected.
2) Directive 2003 / 87 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 October 2003 establishing a scheme for greenhouse gas emission allowance trading within the Community and amending Council Directive 96 / 61 / EC. Commission Decision 2004 / 156 / EC of 29 January 2004 establishing basic rules for the detection and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions pursuant to Directive 2003 / 87 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council.
3) Act No. 365 / 2000 Coll., on Information Systems of Public Administration and amending certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 517 / 2002 Coll.
