on the issue of commemorative silver two hundred crowns for the 200th anniversary of the foundation of the Academy of Fine Arts
The Czech National Bank provides for the Czech National Bank in accordance with § 22 (a) of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank:
(1) On the 200th anniversary of the founding of the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague, commemorative silver two hundred crowns (hereinafter referred to as "two hundred crowns") are issued.
(2) Two hundred koruna is issued in the normal version and in a special version intended for collector's purposes with a polished field of coin and matte relief (hereinafter referred to as the special version).
(3) Two hundred korona in normal and special design is rolled from an alloy containing 900 parts of silver and 100 parts of copper. The weight of two hundred crowns is 13 g, its diameter is 31 mm and its strength is 2,40 mm. The edge of two hundred crowns in normal version is serrated, the edge of two hundred crowns in special version is smooth with the feature "CZECH NATIONAL BANKA * Ag 0.900 * 13 g *." In the case of two-hundredth stamping in normal and special design, the tolerance allowed shall be 0,1 mm in diameter and 0,15 mm in thickness. In the mass, the allowed tolerance is up to 0,26 g and in the silver content is up to 1%.
(1) There is a stylized large national emblem of the Czech Republic placed in an abstract pattern replacing the national emblem. The name of the State "CZECH REPUBLIC" is in an unclosed copy at the edges of the two hundred crowns. The denomination of the coin "200" is placed to the left of the national emblem above the extended line, which separates the upper part of the state emblem from the lower part, the acronym of the money unit "CZK" is placed below this line. The mint that struck the two-hundredth crown is above the copy of the state name between the letters "R" and "E."
(2) On the reverse of two hundred crowns is an abstract art composition inspired by the painting of Franz Kupka Double Coloured Fuga. The title of the School "ACADEMY OF EXTERNAL ARTS" is in a copy at the margins of two hundred crowns. A copy in the lower left shall interrupt the years "1799 - 1999." The author of the two hundred crown design is Luke Rudolf. The initiale of his surname "R" is located in the upper right part of the two-hundred crown between the art composition and the copy.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 1999.
