amending and supplementing Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic No. 426 / 1992 Coll., on the reimbursement of medicines and medical devices
The Ministry of Health, in agreement with the Ministry of Finance, after the conciliation procedure with the Czech Chamber of Pharmacy and General Health Insurance and after consultation with representatives of contractual medical institutions and professional organisations established by the Special Act, provides pursuant to § 11 (4) of Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the care of the health of the people, as amended by Act No. 548 / 1991 Coll., and § 13 (4) of the Czech National Council Act No. 550 / 1991 Coll., on general health insurance, as amended by Act No. 161 / 1993 Coll.:
Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic No. 426 / 1992 Coll., on the reimbursement of medicines and medical devices, is amended as follows:
The list of medicines and medical devices, which is part of Decree No. 426 / 1992 Coll. and is published as a separate annex to the Collection of Laws, is replaced by an annex to this Order. 1)
This Decree shall take effect on 15 July 1994.
