Notification by the Federal Ministry of National Defence of the issue of a decree amending and supplementing the list of employment performed by civil servants of military administration and production economic organisations in the field of the Federal Ministry of National Defence, classified for pension purposes in the first or second working category

Pursuant to Article 17 (2) of Act No. 100 / 1988 Coll., on Social Security, in an agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the Central Committee of the Czechoslovak Army Workers' Association, issued Decree No. 1 of 2 April 1990 amending and supplementing the list of employment performed by civil servants of military administration and productive economic organisations in the field of the Federal Ministry of Defence, classified for pension purposes in the first or 2nd working category, issued by the Minister of National Defence Order ČSSR No. 6 of 7 April 1988 (reg., in volume 10 / 1988 Coll.).
The profit is extended by the ministerial list of employment in the second working category by another occupation (photographer, photolar, radio-telegraph, radio-telephonist at the airport, operational maintenance personnel in special testing of aircraft engines, worker in chemical production, profession in workplaces with proven chemical carcinogens - repairs of brake linings of lorries and fighting vehicles), and allows for the admission of the 2nd working category as well as workers working in disabled areas of Libya.
The proceeds are intended for all Czechoslovak army departments and facilities, state enterprises under the responsibility of the FMNO and the ONV Social Security Department.
The proceeds shall take effect on 1 May 1990, shall be published in the FMNO yield collection in the year 1990 and may be consulted by all regional military administrations and social security departments of the ONV.
