THE LAW
of 13 December 1979
amending and supplementing the Social Security Act
The Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:
Čl. I
Act No. 121 / 1975 Coll., on Social Security, as amended by the legal measure of the Bureau of the Federal Assembly No. 76 / 1979 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 12 (1) (a) (7), the second clutch "a" is replaced by a comma and the words "in nuclear power plants" are added to the words "and when operating a cyclotron and a research reactor,"
2. In Paragraph 12 (1) (a) (9), the words "and, when processing asbestos (asbestos), mostly by dry means, in an environment of high concentration of asbestos dust at excessive risk of asbestos," shall be added to the end of the sentence; "
3. In the first sentence of Paragraph 33 (1), the words "leave a job which has lasted 'shall be deleted and the third sentence shall be replaced by the following:" A new pension assessment shall be treated as a entitlement on the date on which the pension is granted; However, the pension shall be awarded at the earliest from the date of application.';
4. in § 78 (5) (b), (c) and (e), the amounts of 620 CZK shall be replaced by the amounts of 650 CZK;
5. the following paragraph 6 is inserted after paragraph 5:
"(6) However, the amount of the income of the citizens referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be 780 Kčs per month, if it is for children [paragraph 5 (b) and (c)], preparing for the future occupation of a daily study or teaching relationship, the survivors of the resistance participant to whom the pension has been granted pursuant to paragraphs 2 and 5 of Section 57, Section 59 (2) and Section 60, the pensioner treated as a single source of income (§ 42) or the youth disability (§ 32 (2)). '
Paragraph 6 shall become paragraph 7.

„§ 101
(1) The single agricultural cooperatives contribute for their members to the partial reimbursement of the costs of their social security (including sickness and maternity security).
(2) The contribution for a member of the single agricultural cooperative is set at between 6% and 28% of its annual income attributable to the average monthly earnings. "
7. In Section 168, point (e) is added as follows:
"(e) the amounts of the maximum allowable income limit for the award of compensation for the loss of remuneration to members of uniform agricultural cooperatives in military training and other types of armed forces (Sections 78 (5) and (6)).";
8. The following Section 168a is inserted after Section 168:
"The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic may, in view of the changes that have taken place in the development of the wage level, regulate the amount of the average monthly earnings from which an earlier pension has been charged (Section 14 (5))."
9. Paragraph 169, including the title, reads:
„§ 169
Payment of pension in respect of other employment or other gainful activities and collection of average monthly earnings
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic may provide for a regulation
(a) under what conditions and to what extent the old-age and widower's pension is granted for employment and regardless of the amount of the earnings of the pension for the service of the years and the orphan's pension for the pension (insurance);
(b) that part of the old-age pension is granted in order to allow for a gradual transition to an old-age pension for workers who are employed after their entitlement to such a pension, if their age has changed by decreasing their earnings due to reduced working time or employment change;
(c) a derogation for determining the average monthly earnings for workers who, after entitlement to an old-age pension has been established, are employed continuously without receiving an old-age pension or part thereof and fulfil the conditions for the payment of an old-age pension at work. "
10. in Article 172 (1), the following point (b) is inserted after point (a):
"(b) the manner in which the invalidity pension is to be settled on his return, if he or she meets the sick,"
Points (b) to (e) shall be renumbered (c) to (f).
11. in Paragraph 172, the following paragraph 3 is inserted after paragraph 2:
"(3) The Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, in agreement with the Federal Ministries of Agriculture and Nutrition and Finance, shall adjust the amount of the contribution of the single agricultural cooperatives to the partial reimbursement of social security costs (Section 101), the method of its calculation and of its contribution."
Paragraphs 3 to 7 shall become paragraphs 4 to 8 and paragraph 1 (f) shall be replaced by "paragraphs 6 and 7 '.

This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1980.
