Czech National Council
of 17 December 1976
on the state budget of the Czech Socialist Republic for 1977
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
(1) The total revenue of the State Budget of the Czech Socialist Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "State Budget of the Republic") is fixed at:

| celkové výdaje státního rozpočtu republiky se stanoví částkou | 122 419 268 000 Kčs |
| (příloha č. 1). |
(2) The state budget of the Republic includes:
| a) dotace ze státního rozpočtu federace do státního rozpočtu republiky ve výši | 53 480 000 000 Kčs, |
| b) finanční vztahy k rozpočtům národních výborů, a to: | |
| souhrnný finanční vztah (neúčelové dotace) ve výši | 16 070 900 000 Kčs, |
| účelové subvence ve výši | 22 637 500 000 Kčs |
| (příloha č. 2). |
The Government of the Czech Socialist Republic will ensure the expression of the financial data of the state budget of the Republic provided for by this Act in the new wholesale prices announced on 1 January 1977.
The Government of the Czech Socialist Republic, or on the basis of its authority, the Minister of Finance may, if this is without prejudice to the balance of the state budget of the Republic, reflect in particular changes in the state plan for the development of the national economy of the Czech Socialist Republic, organisational changes, changes in relation to the specification of the construction of the Czechoslovak section of the Orenburg pipeline and the adjustment of the general financial relationship and the special-purpose subsidies of the national committees where the conditions under which the aggregate financial relationship and the special-purpose subsidies have been established are changed.
This Law shall take effect on 1 January 1977.
