fixing, for the year 1976, the amount applicable to the application of the excess wage and remuneration tax in uniform agricultural cooperatives
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 55 paragraph 1 (a) of Act No. 103 / 1974 Coll., on Agricultural Tax:
The sum of CZK 21 900 for 1976 shall be determined by the majority for the application of the excess wage and remuneration tax in the single agricultural cooperatives.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
