imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that the following higher-level collective agreements have been imposed on him:
1. Appendix 2 to the higher-tier collective agreement concluded on 22 March 2023, concluded on 12 December 2024 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of mining, geology and oil industry workers
and
The employment association of the mining and diesel industry;
2. Appendix 2 to a collective agreement concluded on 26 April 2023 between the Contracting Parties on 7 January 2025
Trade union of energy and mining
and
Employee association of the mining and oil industry.
