amending Government Regulation No. 484 / 2006 Coll., on the amount of time fees, toll rates, toll discounts and the procedure for applying the toll discount, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 46 (1) of Act No. 13 / 1997 Coll., on Road, as amended by Act No. 102 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 80 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 152 / 2011 Coll. and Act No. 196 / 2012 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 484 / 2006 Coll., on the amount of time charges and the toll rates for use of designated infrastructure, as amended by Government Decree No. 272 / 2007 Coll., Government Decree No. 404 / 2009 Coll., Government Decree No. 26 / 2010 Coll., Government Decree No. 415 / 2010 Coll., Government Decree No. 243 / 2011 Coll., Government Decree No. 354 / 2011 Coll. and Government Decree No. 352 / 2012 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex 1 (a), "21.00 hours' is replaced by" 20.00 hours';
2. In Annex 2, point (a), "21.00 hours' is replaced by" 20.00 hours';
3. At the end of footnote 2, the following sentence is added:
"Directive 2011 / 76 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 September 2011 amending Directive 1999 / 62 / EC on the charging of heavy goods vehicles for the use of certain infrastructures. '.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 February 2014.
