COMMUNICATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 5 January 2006
on the imposition of collective agreements of higher degree and amendments to collective agreements of higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that, in accordance with § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following collective agreements of higher degree and the following amendments to collective agreements of higher degree were deposited with it between 1.12.2005 and 31.12.2005:
1. Collective contract of a higher degree (of 30 November 2005 for the period 1 January 2006 to 31 December 2007) concluded between
UNIOS union,
TRANSGAS
and
Czech Gas Union.
2. Collective contract of higher degree (of 8 December 2005 for the period 1 January 2006 to 31 December 2006) concluded between
Trade union of workers of wood-working industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic,
Czech-Moravian Trade Union Association
and
A union of paper and cellulose industry.
3. Collective contract of a higher degree (of 12 December 2005 for the period from 1 January 2006 to 31 December 2008 General section; from 1 January 2006 to 31 December 2006 Special section) concluded between
Trade union of workers of textile, clothing and leather industry Bohemia and Moravia
and
Association of textile, clothing and leather industries (ATOK).
(4) Appendix 1 (of 13 December 2005) to a collective agreement of a higher degree concluded between:
Trade union of workers of wood-working industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic
and
The Czech Association of Employers in Forestry.
5. Collective contract of a higher degree (of 15 December 2005 for the period 1 January 2006 to 31 December 2006) concluded between
KOVO Trade Union
and
Association of Air Manufacturers.
6. Collective contract of higher degree (of 19 December 2005 for the period 1 January 2006 to 31 December 2007) concluded between
Union of employees of glass, ceramic, jewellery and porcelain
and
A union of jewellery manufacturers.
