amending Act No. 238 / 1992 Coll., on certain measures relating to the protection of the public interest and on the incompatibility of certain functions (Act on Conflict of Interest), as amended, and certain other laws
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the Act on the Czech Consolidated Agency
In § 17 of Act No. 239 / 2001 Coll., on the Czech consolidation agency and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on the Czech consolidation agency), the words "if not Members or Senators," are inserted after the word "Agencies."
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on 1 April 2002.
