amending the measure of the Ministry of Finance determining the emission conditions of the Czech Republic Debt, 2000 - 2003, 6,90%, declared in the amount of 2 / 2000 Coll., the measure of the Ministry of Finance determining the emission conditions of the Czech Republic Debt, 2000 - 2005, 6,75%, declared in the amount of 10 / 2000 Coll., the measure of the Ministry of Finance determining the emission conditions of the Czech Republic, 2000 - 2007, 6,30%, declared in the amount of 18 / 2000 Coll., and the measure of the Ministry of Finance determining the emission conditions of the Czech Republic Debt, 2000 - 2010, 6,40%, declared in the amount of 29 / 2000 Coll.
1. The measures of the Ministry of Finance of 14 January 2000 determining the emission conditions of the Czech Debt, 2000 - 2003, 6,90%, declared in the amount 2 / 2000 Coll., are amended as follows:
Point 9 reads: "Bonds will be issued in individual parts (tranches). The primary sale of the 1st tranche will take the form of a yield auction organised by the Czech National Bank for a group of direct participants on 14 January 2000. The primary sale of further tranches will be carried out under the same conditions. The emission period shall expire on 18 May 2001. Other investors may participate in the auction through direct participants. The auction notice and the list of direct participants shall be published in advance. ';
Point 10 reads: "The total estimated volume of bond issuance is CZK 20 000 000 000."
2. The measures of the Ministry of Finance of 11 February 2000 determining the emission conditions of the Czech Debt, 2000 - 2005, 6,75%, declared in the amount 10 / 2000 Coll., are amended as follows:
Point 9 reads: "Bonds will be issued in individual parts (tranches). The primary sale of the 1st tranche will take the form of a yield auction organised by the Czech National Bank for a group of direct participants on 11 February 2000. The primary sale of further tranches will be carried out under the same conditions. The emission period shall expire on 22 June 2001. Other investors may participate in the auction through direct participants. The auction notice and the list of direct participants shall be published in advance. ';
Point 10 reads: "The total estimated volume of bond issuance is CZK 20 000 000 000."
3. The measures of the Ministry of Finance of 10 March 2000 determining the emission conditions of the Czech Debt, 2000 - 2007, 6,30%, declared at 18 / 2000 Coll., are amended as follows:

The primary sale of the 1st tranche will take the form of a yield auction organised by the Czech National Bank for a group of direct participants on 10 March 2000. The primary sale of further tranches will be carried out under the same conditions. The emission period shall expire on 20 July 2001. Other investors may participate in the auction through direct participants. The auction notice and the list of direct participants shall be published in advance. ';
Point 10 reads: "The total estimated volume of bond issuance is CZK 20 000 000 000."
4. The measures of the Ministry of Finance of 7 April 2000 determining the emission conditions of the Czech Debt, 2000 - 2010, 6,40%, declared in the amount 29 / 2000 Coll., are amended as follows:
The words "and § 1 of Act No. 362 / 1999 Coll., on the state bond programme to cover the deficit of the state budget for 1998 and amending Act No. 530 / 1990 Coll., on bonds, as amended, and Act No. 22 / 1999 Coll., on the state budget of the Czech Republic for 1999" shall be added to the heading.
In point 2, the words "and § 1 of Act No. 362 / 1999 Coll., on the State bond programme to cover the government deficit for 1998 and amending Act No. 530 / 1990 Coll., on bonds, as amended, and Act No. 22 / 1999 Coll., on the state budget of the Czech Republic for 1999 'shall be added after the words" 1998'.

The primary sale of further tranches will be carried out under the same conditions. The emission period shall expire on 24 August 2001.
