GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 11 November 1998
amending Decree No. 170 / 1997 Coll., laying down technical requirements for machinery
The Government orders pursuant to § 22 of Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on Technical Requirements for Products and on the Amendment and Addition of Certain Acts, to implement § 12 paragraphs 1 and 4 and § 13 paragraphs 2 and 4 of the Act:
Government Decree No. 170 / 1997 Coll., laying down technical requirements for machinery, is amended as follows:
1. In Annex 2 (n), the words "certain height levels of buildings and buildings' are replaced by the words" different height levels of buildings'.
2. In Annex 2 (q), the words "theatrical lifts' are replaced by the words" stage lifts'.
3. In Annex 2 (r), the words "lifting persons or persons and loads' are replaced by the words" transporting persons or persons and costs'.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April 1999.
